Solihull Healing Group
Who are we?
Solihull
Healing Group has been offering healing
to the public in various locations in
and around Solihull since 1994. Margaret Lloyd was a founder
member of the group and in 1999, she and
Enid Marshall put together a support
group for Probationer Healers. Although
the groups were not affiliated to the NSFH, new healers were encouraged to
attend the NFSH courses and in the four
years since the support group was
founded, five people have sat before the
Regional Board and been awarded full
healer status. The Healing Group has
also offered taster healing sessions to
organisations during conferences,
meetings or in the workplace and these
have been well received by the
participants.

In 2002,
Margaret Lloyd left the Solihull area to
make a new life in Clent and is much
missed by her friends. Enid Marshall is
the group's Chairman, Phil Crocker the
Treasurer and Sarah Head and Anita
Walker hold the roles of Secretary and
Assistant Secretary respectively. At the
Healing Group's AGM on November 24 2003,
it was decided to amalgamate the two
groups so that all healers would have
the opportunity to continue their
spiritual and practical development.
Public healing sessions are offered in
The Hub of Touchwood Centre every third
Saturday in the month.
The
Healer Development Meetings are held on
the first Monday of every month at 7.30
p.m. in the Ash Room of The Hub in the
Touchwood Centre, Solihull. Anyone who
is interested in healing is welcome at
these meetings. They take the form of
attunement, a guided visualisation,
discussions and opportunities to develop
individual healing practice. There is an
exciting programme planned
throughout the year
which
includes developing healing skills,
working with vulnerable people,
management issues and opportunities to
expand personal spiritual growth.
Anyone who would like to join us in
Solihull would be very welcome.
